Ceramic Enamel Colour Paints for Flat Glass

We are a traditional colored ceramic enamel colour paints producer.

Firing Temperature:

Our ceramic enamel colour paints are specially formulated for typical glass tempering cycles ( toughened glass), with furnace temperatures set at 650 - 720 °C and with a total cycle time of 40 secs. per mm. of glass thickness. This results in typical glass temperatures of 600 - 660 °C.

Typically for lead-frees, furnace temperatures are set at 670 - 710 °C (glass temps. 620 - 660 °C), whereas for lead-containing, set temperatures are more typically 650 - 720 °C (glass temps. 600 - 660 °C).

The mixing recommendations for the referenced RAL and NCS numbers are indicative based on laboratory experimentation. We recommend that the mixed shades be tested under customer specific conditions of application and firing.

The mixed colors are prepared as matching for some importand RAL and NCS shades. Concrete shades are indicative based on laboratory experimentation. We recommend that the concrete shades be tested under customer specific conditions of application and firing. Actual results will depend on production conditions and used type of glass!
